Группа F.E.A.R. образовалась 4 августа 2004 года в г.Навашино.Первоначальное название группы - Infinity.По началу в основной состав группы входило 4 человека + человек,помогающей группе со звуком.Это были:

Группа начинала играть в гараже,там же пробовали записываться.Здесь появились такие трэки как: По разломанным судьбам (Небо...),СТО,3 шага вперёд,Быть хочу я кошкою...,Волки и др.В начале группа старалась выучить хиты групп: Lumen,Гр.Об.,Кино,Агата Кристи,Nirvana - с чем успешно справлялась.Благодаря общим усилиям группа Infinity, начинает вырабатывать свой стиль игры. Весной 2005 года группа из гаража перебирается в Дом Творчества Юных и здесь продолжает свою деятельность.В этот момент группа старается перегруппировать стиль своей музыки на другой,новый уровень.Звучание стало немного тяжелее,а ритмы быстрее.Группа понемногу начинает быть узнаваемой небольшому количеству народа.Особая симпатия проявляется к песне "Небо...". В связи с наступлением лета группу выгоняют из ДТЮ.Месяц группа нигде не играла.За это время группа Infinity знакомится с двумя людьми,это Андрей и Дончак.Парни собрали свою группу под названием (Э.D.) - Электролетическая Dессоциация и пригласили к себе ((Crash'a)).Он согласился им помочь, не покидая группу Infinity.Группа Э.D. стала играть в частном доме.Стиль группы форсировал между панком и альтернативой.Вскоре в группу Э.D. на место бас-гитариста приходит ((Fre@k)).Группа начинает активную деятельность.Появляются такие трэки,как: Поражение мозга,Заклинание,Сопли с сахаром. Вскоре,после отъезда Дончака группа играет в здании Школы №1.В состав входит ((Slip)).В таком составе группа даёт свой первый концерт в клубе.Спустя некоторое время состав распадается. С зимы на весну 2004-2005года,состав группы Infinity вновь возобновляет свою деятельность,но уже в немного другом составе:

Группа кординально меняет свой стиль с рока на альтернативу.Так же меняется название группы - F.E.A.R. (Федеральная Еденица Агрессивного Реагирования).Официальный стиль группы - Trash Nu-metal Core.Музыка становиться тяжелее и агрессивнее,тексты наполняются символизмом,яростью и протестом. 18 декабря 2005 года, группа выступает на Рок-fest'e у себя в городе.Исполняются композиции: Антология и 1040 Дней.Концерт проходит отлично!Так же на фестивале выступают группы: Атмосфера,Лазарет,Картридж,Джао и Drad-Логс.Но группа не останавливается на достигнутом и придумывает новые треки,это:№5,Кислот@. Позже весной 2006 года,друзья - группа Лазарет,предлагают группе F.E.A.R. выступить на Рок-фестивале в клубе Кенгуру в г.Арзамас.Группа соглашается,но в связи с некоторыми причинами,группа Лазарет отказывается от участия на фестивале и группа F.E.A.R. едет одна.На концерте исполняются трэки: Антология,№5 и 1040 Дней.Вместе с группой в Арзамасе выступают группы ParaCels и ВентиляторZ. С весны на лето,группа репетирует в Школе№1.Так же весной был записан трэк 1040 Дней.Появляется песня Your fear. В июне,группа выступает на последнем звонке в школе с песней "Небо...".
